At JISH all appointments are tightly scheduled, please try arriving well ahead of time.

Cancellations

In the event of illness, please adhere to the JISH cancellation policy. For additional information you can call the front desk.

What to bring to your first appointment at JISH

All medical reports, reports of previous assessments and/or therapy, list of medications in active use .

If you require JISH Sponsorship

Kindly call for a Sponsorship appointment with the JISH Social Worker at Ext: 119

All entrances and public areas on the main floor are wheelchair accessible.
