Nahla Ahmed Dashash. PhD. Communication Sciences and Disorders from M.A. Speech Language Pathology from B.A. Speech Language and Hearing Disorders, Clinical Service Director I have been working in the field
of communication disorders for the last 18 years during which my passion for
the profession has grown tremendously. Today, my responsibilities are to
train, mentor and supervise young speech language pathologists and aural/oral therapists in
the JISH Clinic. My work at JISH and teaching students in the Dar Al Hekma College in the speech-language and hearing program
is pioneer work in our region; to be directly involved in developing these
young professionals and mentoring them to get them ready to serve their
patients to the highest possible standard is most rewarding and satisfying. Finally, with my work as a researcher,
I hope to fill the huge need in this area, in order to better serve our patients and
maintain the highest standards of service delivery. |
